VeroNavi – All Your Clients' Tax Data in One View

VeroNavi – All Your Clients' Tax Data in One View

For an accounting firm, tracking tax obligations is fragmented. The accountant logs into each client's MyTax account one by one, checks the VAT status, prepayments, and employer contributions, and records the due dates in a separate spreadsheet. The more clients there are, the easier it is for something to slip through.

VeroNavi solves this by bringing everything into one view.

What is VeroNavi?

VeroNavi is a browser-based service built for accounting firms that fetches client companies' tax data from the Finnish Tax Administration's interfaces and shows it in a single dashboard. At a glance you see every client's VAT status, prepayments, employer obligations, and upcoming due dates – without logging into each client's MyTax account separately.

VeroNavi is developed by Iotera Oy and built for the needs of a Finnish accounting firm.

The problem: tax obligations are scattered

The Tax Administration's services are designed from a single company's perspective. For an accounting firm handling the affairs of tens or hundreds of clients, this means constant logging in, manual tracking, and the risk of a due date being missed. Spreadsheets go stale immediately, and no one has time to keep them updated in real time.

How VeroNavi solves this

VeroNavi fetches the data automatically in the background and keeps the dashboard up to date. The accountant immediately sees who has obligations coming due, which VAT return is still unfiled, and which payments are upcoming. Tracking shifts from wading through individual MyTax pages to a single view covering the entire client base.

VeroNavi shows the data – filing happens in MyTax

VeroNavi gathers and displays the Tax Administration's data in a single view. The actual transactions – returns and payments – are still handled in MyTax. VeroNavi is a tool for the big picture and monitoring, helping the accountant stay up to date on their clients' tax situation.

Security: a Finnish data center, no personal identity codes

VeroNavi is built security first:

  • The service runs in a Finnish data center, not outside the EU.
  • All data traffic is encrypted, and the connection to the Tax Administration is secured with certificates.
  • Every data view is recorded in an audit log – who viewed whose data and when.
  • VeroNavi does not collect or store personal identity codes. Client companies are identified by their Business ID.

Who is VeroNavi for?

VeroNavi is intended for accounting firms and bookkeepers who handle the tax affairs of multiple client companies. The more clients there are, the more time a centralized view saves – and the smaller the risk that an obligation goes unnoticed.
